International orders are welcome. Please be advised, no returns will be accepted at this time on any international transactions. International customers are responsible for all duties, customs fees, and taxes on orders. We do not pre-pay duties, customs fees, and taxes. Customers are responsible for following all of their local requirements with the applicable local agencies.
With the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we have updated our domestic returns policy. Yellow 108 will gladly accept returns for items within 30 days of order date. The goods must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new and returned in the original packaging to avoid damages during transit. If returned items arrived damaged due to not being returned in original packaging a 30% repair fee will be charged for each damaged item. Our boxes and cardboard supports exist to ensure the products are protected and everyone's well spent dollars are secure! Returned items must have their original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of your online order confirmation or return authorization. After you set up your RA at https://www.yellow108.com/pages/customer-care, we will be notified of your return request and we will automatically email you a $7 return shipping label within 1 business day! Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges and prior shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be automatically deducted from your refund. A flat fee of $7 will automatically be deducted from your refund for return shipping. You are also welcome to arrange your own return shipping with the carrier of your choice. If you do not use our return shipping label, you will not be charged $7 for return shipping. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach us will vary. Once received, it takes approx. 7-14 business days to process returns. If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited. Occasionally UPS, USPS, and FedEx accidentally damage boxes. While we are not liable for the UPS, USPS, and FedEx damages, we will certainly assist you in filing a claim. Please be sure to keep a record of your return tracking number so you can appropriately file your claim.
We actually don't do exchanges. You'll set up a return authorization online and send your item back for a refund. If you'd like another item, you can re-order anytime!
Only items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns to send back goods. During side-wide discount promotions, you will not be able to enter a additional discount code manually as the automatic site-wide discount is already applied at checkout. All goods purchased during a side-wide promotion are eligible for returns within our regular 30 day return policy. Only orders placed during a site-wide promotional timeframe will have the site-wide discount automatically applied during check out and discounts are not applied to orders placed before or after the site-wide timeframe has closed. Only one manually entered discount code can be used at a time. Manually entered discount codes cannot be used in combination with other discount codes or site-wide sale promotions.
